Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 5, 2025
1. Our Commitment
PreDrop is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience and are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our platform in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Israeli Standard 5568 for website accessibility.
2. Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which forms the basis of Israeli Standard 5568. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Our efforts include:
- Semantic HTML structure for proper screen reader navigation.
- Keyboard accessibility for interactive elements.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background.
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
- Logical heading hierarchy and page structure.
- Focus indicators for keyboard navigation.
- Responsive design that works across different screen sizes and zoom levels.
3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may have limitations:
- Audio waveform visualizations are primarily visual and may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We provide alternative text-based information (BPM, key, loudness) alongside visual representations.
- Some third-party integrations may not fully meet accessibility standards.
- Certain interactive features (drag-and-drop, audio playback controls) are being progressively enhanced for better assistive technology support.
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve the overall accessibility of the Service.
4. Assistive Technologies
PreDrop is designed to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
- Screen magnification software.
- Voice recognition software.
- Keyboard-only navigation.
5. Feedback & Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PreDrop. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty accessing any content, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: support@predrop.io
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve reported issues as quickly as possible.
6. Enforcement & Legal Framework
This accessibility statement is provided in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the associated regulations on accessibility of websites and mobile applications. The Israeli Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities oversees compliance with these requirements.
If you believe that PreDrop does not meet accessibility requirements, you may file a complaint with the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
